The limited edition model of the VV21S, which enjoys broad support from a wide range of customers, including those who prefer sedans, wagons, and both domestic and imported cars, now features a striking ultra-gloss gold finish. By expressing the distinctive Y-shaped spoke design in this glossy gold color, it creates a beauty that differs from the regular model. Furthermore, the Grace Gold finish, which changes its expression depending on how the light hits it, elevates the form of the VV21S to a more refined and sophisticated level.

Features

Grace Gold Color

The Grace Gold color used on the VV21S Limited is a special shade based on ultra-gloss gold. It gives the entire wheel an elegant appearance and pairs beautifully with a wide range of body colors, making it a perfect match for both domestic and imported cars, regardless of the car's paint color.

Relief pockets

The relief pockets (pierced holes) on the sides of the spokes were realized using our latest analysis technique. Cutting away unnecessary sections on the sides of spokes greatly contributes to weight reduction, but also has a major impact on strength and rigidity. However, RAYS' analysis technique and design prowess has achieved weight reduction without impairing strength and rigidity. The detailing for which unnecessary sections were cut away while retaining strength and rigidity are without a doubt functionally beautiful.

Concave design

The VV21S Limited features a striking concave design optimized for each size. The rich shadows created by the ultra-gloss gold color further emphasize the sharp and bold form of the VV21S. The center cap is of the lens type, adding a touch of luxury that complements both domestic and imported cars.

Advanced Machining Technology

The "VERSUS" machining logo applied to the outer rim of the VV21S is a decorative feature created using Rays' patented technology, "A.M.T." (Advanced Machining Technology). To establish the cutting-edge machining techniques required to reproduce delicate designs on three-dimensional curved surfaces, Rays designed and developed everything in-house, from the machine tools to the cutting edges. By engraving the brand logo with a three-dimensional effect, replacing the previously used stickers or cast logos, it enhances the VV21S, giving it an even more distinguished and refined appearance.
