About RAYS

The Concept is
Racing

The spirit that goes into each book remains the same.

RAYS first won the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1991. We accomplished this feat with the Mazda 787B. Since then, he has continued to participate in the world's top races such as Formula 1, FIA GT Championship, and ALMS (American Le Mans Series). By constantly putting himself in real-world situations and winning many victories, he has honed his wheel technology and the latest sports theory.

WEC (FIA World Endurance Championship) TOYOTA Gazoo Racing has won double titles (Manufacturer's Champion/Drivers' Champion) for the fifth consecutive season thanks to the RAYS wheels that support it. The fact that we have won the Le Mans 24 Hours Endurance Race five times in a row since the 2018-19 season is the result of our continuous technological innovation. The world of motorsports demands rapid updates, and tests the technical ability and speed of development to meet these demands. For RAYS, which designs, develops, and manufactures both race wheels and road wheels, the accumulation of data obtained at these locations is an irreplaceable asset. And "everything" learned on the race field becomes the blood and flesh of RAYS wheels and circulates around them.

Made in Japan

For valuable wheels

We want to provide maximum peace of mind and highest satisfaction to all Rays Wheel users. And in order to deliver wheels with absolute confidence, RAYS is particular about making wheels in Japan. We understand the needs of users, incorporate Ray's quality, and deliver reliable quality to the market. The answer we came up with is an in-house integrated system* (ALL RAYS), an all-Japan system.

RAYS has users in all categories, from users who have purchased commercial wheels to teams competing in races such as WEC (FIA World Endurance Championship) and SUPER GT. Although the performance required in each field is different, we have aimed for an even higher level by combining technology and know-how in all of our wheels.

In order to achieve this quality-first policy, we believe that an integrated in-house system is essential, and that it is necessary for all of Rays to work together as a team, so to speak, as a team made in Japan. Ray's Made in Japan has more value than words.

RAYS delivers wheels of all categories using our own integrated system, from planning to development, manufacturing, and inspection. Whether it's race wheels that compete in harsh conditions, forged wheels designed for maximum performance, or cast wheels that shine brilliantly on the street, all of them are infused with the latest technology and the pride of being made by Rays.

Advanced analysis technology

Give shape to the knowledge and experience you have accumulated
RAYS' cutting-edge analysis technology

In order to manufacture aluminum wheels, it is essential to have hardware (manufacturing equipment) suitable for performance as well as advanced software (analysis technology).

At RAYS, we fully utilize the data we have cultivated through cutting-edge racing activities such as the WEC (FIA World Endurance Championship) for our road wheels, and have established our own development department to analyze and analyze the data to achieve ultimate weight reduction. We use this technology to create wheels with improved safety.

Forging technology

The highest peak you can hope for now
RAYS forged wheels

RAYS original forged wheels. It is the crystallization of current, top-of-the-line technology that only RAYS can create, combining a correct understanding of the strength and lightness achieved through forging with the latest construction methods that effectively generate the power of carefully selected materials.

By making full use of advanced analysis technology and refined original construction methods, we thoroughly pursue products that are lighter, stronger, and more beautiful. Its outstanding strength provides absolute security and safety regardless of the situation. Its ultimate lightness takes your driving pleasure to the next level. Its beauty is due to the collaboration with your favorite car that makes your heart beat faster.

Casting technology

Its premium quality is unparalleled
RAYS cast wheels

RAYS' casting series pursues a more premium and exquisite design based on cutting-edge technology derived from motorsports. Innovative details achieved through our unique construction method, and RAYS original finish variations that make the product image even more appealing. We generously incorporate the latest technology to express beauty, and use that alone as a weapon.

I won't. At the root of this is lightness, rigidity, and safety, which have been raised to the utmost as basic wheel performance, which is why RAYS cast wheels can be highly linked with a variety of customization styles, providing unparalleled joy and status. can be shared.

Pursuing improved product quality

Delivering “a single point of satisfaction”
RAYS wheels

We want you to experience an even higher level of satisfaction by having RAYS wheels in your hands. What is important for this is good tailoring. RAYS wheels are made with techniques unique to Made in Japan, such as elaborate finishes and colors that enhance the design, and special techniques that bring out the shine of the aluminum itself. What's more, the many delicate techniques created by our craftsmen can be said to be because we are team-made in Japan, which allows us to produce a wide variety of products in small lots.
